Natural and simple way to make your own cranberry sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Cranberry Sauce

1 lb fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Healthy Cranberry Sauce

  1. place cranberries and orange juice in a saucepan and place on medium heat

  2. stir every few minutes until mixture is bubbling

  3. add cinnamon and honey

  4. reduce heat to simmer

  5. let simmer 30 minutes or until thickness desired, stirring every minutes

  6. if too tart, add sugar slowly (should need no more than 2g sugar per serving to balance tartness)
