yummy, low fat, low cal snack with lots of fruit and fiber

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Cranberry Bread

2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 c white flour
1/4 cup flax seed
4 tsp baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 c splenda ( or less, to taste)
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c 1% milk
1/2 c applesauce
1 pear, cut up
1/2 c cooked fresh cranberries
1/3 c vanilla yogurt
1/8 c fresh orange juice
3 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Healthy Cranberry Bread

mix all dry stuff up together, mix all wet stuff up together, fold wet into dry, put in 2 greased bread tins (one of mine is very small, one is large), bake at 350 until done
