This version makes it a little less guilty to add the butter and honey on top!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Cornbread

1/2 c SUGAR
3/4 c applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
12 oz skim milk
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 c flour

Recipe Directions for Healthy Cornbread

Combine all ingredients, mix until smooth. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees 18-20 minutes.
