Cornbread... no egg (allergic kid), light soy milk, applesauce, whole wheat flour. Changed someone else's recipe... thanks!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Cornbread

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup light soy milk
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Healthy Cornbread

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Mix wet ingredients

  3. Combine

  4. Bake in 425 degree oven for 22-25 minutes.

  5. Remember Pam spray.
