1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp vanilla

Mix wet ingredients, combine dry ingredients. Mix together and bake at 350 for 35 min or until toothipick comes out clean
