Recipe Ingredients for Healthy cookies

3 bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c coconut oil
2 c rolled oats
2/3 c almond meal
1/3 c coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder
6 oz chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Healthy cookies

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine first three ingredients.

  3. Whisk together remaining ingredients except chocolate.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in chocolate. (dough will be loose).

  5. Spoon 2 tsp cookie dough onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake 10-12 minutes, or as long as possible without burning the bottoms.
