Recipe Ingredients for Healthy cookies

2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup coconut oil
2/3 cup coconut flakes
2/3 cup almond meal
3/4 oz dried plantains
3 bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Healthy cookies

  1. Mix bananas, oil, and vanilla.

  2. Mix oatmeal, coconut, and flax seed (or almond) meal.

  3. Mix both together.

  4. Stir in add-ins (like plantain chips and chocolate-covered crackers).

  5. Drop 2t cookies on baking sheet.

  6. Bake 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees.
