kind of an oatmeal raisin cookie. you can add some Chocolate Chips if desired

Recipe Ingredients for "healthy" cookies

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup organic apple sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup raisins
3 tbsp Honey

Recipe Directions for "healthy" cookies

  1. pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together.

  3. Set aside

  4. Mix together melted butter, oil, apple sauce, egg, vanilla and honey. Add in dry ingredients and raisins. mix well. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 mins.
