Recipe Ingredients for healthy cookie for one

5 teaspoons whole wheat pastry flour
1/16 tsp baking soda
1/16 tsp salt
2 tsp applesauce
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp white sugar

Recipe Directions for healthy cookie for one

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients, then add wet and mix with a fork. Don?t add water. Form into a big cookie and smush. (Or make two little cookies.) Cook for 7-8 minutes.
