Create this healthy but delicious dip and serve with Graham Crackers, other wheat biscuits/crackers or with fresh fruit. Alternatives to honey can be used to sweeten the dip. 2-3 tbs of Oats or flaxseed could also be added to thicken or add bulk to the dip.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Cookie Dough Dip

220 g chickpeas drained
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 serving Almond Milk (Sanitarium)
1/8 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Healthy Cookie Dough Dip

  1. Using food Processor - blend first 5 ingredients together.

  2. Slowly add milk to reach smooth consistency.

  3. Fold in desired amount of chocolate chips.
