Extremely healthy chocolate chip cookies. Made without butter and and tastes great!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Choc-Chip Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup plain flour
1 cup oats
1 egg
100 g dark chocolate
50 g sultanas
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp apple sauce
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Healthy Choc-Chip Oatmeal Cookies

  1. preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and put baking paper on two baking trays.

  2. whisk together with a fork egg, oil, apple sauce and vanilla.

  3. sieve flour, baking powder and cinnamon on the top of the egg mixture.

  4. add sultanas and oats. chop up the chocolate, and add it as well.

  5. mix together slowly with a wooden spoon.

  6. using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture onto the baking trays, into circular shapes.

  7. bake for 15-20 minutes. makes approximately 24.
