A low calorie, yummy stir-fry when you're in the mood for Chinese!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Chinese Stir-Fry

74 g Chinese Style Noodle
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage
1 tbsp. Green Onions
1 Egg
1 tsp. Ginger Powder
1 tsp. Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Healthy Chinese Stir-Fry

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add noodles and cook to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally.

  2. Chop green onions and cabbage.

  3. Mix broccoli, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, cabbage, and green onions in a large bowl.

  4. Strain noodles and set aside.

  5. Pour desired amount of olive oil (or whatever you'd like to cook the veggies in) in a large skillet and bring to medium heat.

  6. Add the veggie mixture. And cook for 5-7 minutes.

  7. Meanwhile, crack an egg straight into the skillet and scramble with the vegetables.

  8. Pour ginger and brown sugar into soy sauce and mix well (Or for an easier variation, use Simply Asia's Ginger Teriyaki Sauce. Super good, and 3 calories less :D)

  9. Turn heat off.

  10. Add noodles to skillet.

  11. Add sauce to mixture and mix well.

  12. Enjoy!
