Half beef and half turkey is lower in calories than most chilis. This is mildly spiced so you can add your own touches.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Chili

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 lb minced turkey
1 onion
1/2 cup red pepper
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1 cup kidney beans
3 cups tomato
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Healthy Chili

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together and cook until meat is browned.

  2. Add spices part way through

  3. Add tomatoes and cook till thickened
