3 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
1/2 cup diced raw Tomato
3 serving Picante Sauce
1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat, Protein Fortified
1/4 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
4 oz Premium Chunk Chicken Breast
30 cal Picante Sauce
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Healthy chicken & vegetable Omlet

Cook vegetables in olive oil. Cook chicken with Pace Picante sauce. Mix milk and egg cook in large skilet when set add vegetables and chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top and additional Picante sauce.
