600 g chicken drumstick meat only - no skin
1200 g Tomatoes, Red, Ripe canned
40 g onions
100 g mushrooms
90 g diced carrot
1 cube oxo beef
200 g green beans

Recipe Directions for Healthy chicken & tomato stew

combine in a casserole dish - diced onions, halved mushrooms, chicken, carrot, tomatoes and oxo - back in moderate oven till chicken cooked and sauce reduced. Add green beans and cook for further 5 mins - serve
