A delcious alternative to the higher fat chicken salad, it tastes great and can be put on wraps or bread or even, if you want to go lighter, a couple lettuce leaves.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Chicken Salad

4 1/2 oz canned chicken breast, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
2 thick slices tomatoes
7 dashes black pepper

Recipe Directions for Healthy Chicken Salad

  1. Stir chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise, and yogurt in a bowl

  2. Divide chicken mixture on 2 bread slices or on a tortilla, if using

  3. Top with tomatoes
