Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Chicken Salad

1/4 c mayonnaise
6 oz chicken breast
2 medium uncooked scallions, chopped
1/4 c grapes, red, seedless, quartered
1/4 c uncooked celery, chopped
1/4 c uncooked carrots, grated
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 oz (Great Value) Light Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Healthy Chicken Salad

  1. Cook, cool and cube chicken breast.

  2. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and ginger; add chicken and stir until chicken is well coated.

  3. Add scallions, grapes, celery, carrots, and walnuts; gently stir, cover, and chill until ready to serve. Yields about c per servings.
