Recipe Ingredients for Healthy chicken curry

1/2 lb. chicken, cubed (or more if desired)
1 medium potato, cubed
2 carrots, sliced
2 mushrooms, sliced
151 g broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp curry powder
3 tbsp flour (or 1 TBSP corn starch)
2 cups (skim) milk
2 tbsp Splenda (or sugar)
1 tsp salt
5 cloves garlic, chopped or minced

Recipe Directions for Healthy chicken curry

  1. Slice chicken and vegetables

  2. Heat wok or skillet on medium-high heat

  3. Add garlic and soy sauce

  4. Add chicken and vegetables

  5. Add curry powder, flour, sugar salt, and milk

  6. Stir-fry until chicken is completely cooked

  7. If vegetables are still too firm, reduce heat, cover

  8. and simmer

  9. You can add or omit any vegetables you'd like

  10. Add additional milk and curry if needed for desired

  11. taste

  12. Serve with a side of wheat basmati rice
