Carrot raisin muffins with a few tweaks

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Carrot Muffins

3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup canola oil
1 1/4 cup Blue Agave
1/8 cup 1% milk
1/2 tablespoons vanilla
2 tbls Flax
2 cups shredded carrot
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Healthy Carrot Muffins

  1. Mix Dry

  2. Mix Wet

  3. Slowly mix together

  4. Add Carrots and Raisins

  5. Bake at 355
