This salad is without the cheese. If serving a party, place the cheese in a bowl to the side.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Caesar Salad

1 head Romaine Lettuce
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
3/4 cup crouton

Recipe Directions for Healthy Caesar Salad

  1. Chop lettuce until desired size and shape is achieved. Place in large serving bowl and set aside.

  2. Mince Garlic.

  3. Mix Lemon Juice, EVOO, Salt and Pepper. Add in minced garlic.

  4. Drizzle dressing mixture over lettuces.

  5. Place croutons over salad.
