Lean ground beef with pureed veggies and eggs topped with healthy veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Burgers

1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c cooked carrots
1/4 c cooked peas
1 avocado
1 tomato
6 leaves romaine lettuce
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Healthy Burgers

  1. In food processor puree beef, cooked peas, cooked carrots and egg. Form into hamburger patties and grill until cooked through.

  2. Top with veggies and enjoy (note: recipe is for low-carb burger so be sure to add the bun seperately into your calorie count if you choose to use one).
