Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Brownies

1 cup Oat Flour
3 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 scoops Total Soy Meal Replacement
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
1 cup Applesauce
4 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Healthy Brownies

  1. ?Preheat oven to 350.

  2. ?Mix dry ingredients (oat flour, chocolate whey powder, baking cocoa, salt, baking soda) together in a large bowl.

  3. ?Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, berry applesauce, Stevia) together in a medium-sized bowl.

  4. ?Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

  5. ?Oil the dish with coconut oil and spread mixture evenly among pan.

  6. ?Bake for 20-25min
