1/2 cup rolled oats
1 banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flaxseed meal
1 tsp toasted almonds
1 cup water
2 tsp almond milk
1 tbsp blueberries

Recipe Directions for healthy breakfast porridge

  1. Boil water

  2. Add Rolled oats and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Mix the other ingridiends in.
