Recipe Ingredients for healthy breakfast omelet.

6 tbsp egg whites
1 oz gimme lean sausage style ground burgers and sausage
1/2 oz kraft natural shredded cheese-fat free cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for healthy breakfast omelet.

  1. first cook the no meat sausage in a pan with very little virgin olive oil.

  2. then take out the sausage and cut it up in small pieces while you place the egg whites in the pan.

  3. then add cheese and sausage.

  4. last flip the omelet over like a taco and let cook for a min. then take out and enjoy.
