1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 muffin English Muffin, Light Multi Grain
0.33 serving Canadian Bacon
1 serving Reduced Fat Deli Sliced Cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy breakfast muffin

  1. Crack the egg open and place into poached egg compartment of toaster.

  2. Place the slice of canadian bacon in the toaster's meat compartment.

  3. Insert both halves of the muffin into the toaster and begin toasting.

  4. All should be ready at the same time. Remove muffin components from toaster and assemble muffin, placing the slice of cheese between the egg and canadian bacon.
