Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Breakfast Mix

3/4 cup almonds
1 banana
8 figs

Recipe Directions for Healthy Breakfast Mix

  1. Put figs in bowl and cover with about 1/4 cup of water. Let sit for about an hour or until figs are soft.

  2. Take 3/4 cup of almonds and mince, either by placing in a sealed bag and mashing or by using a food processor. Pour into a mixing bowl.

  3. Mash the banana and then mix with minced almonds.

  4. Take softened figs and drain the water. Dice and then mash figs until at a paste consistency. Stir into almond and banana mix.

  5. Avg 1/4 cup per serving.
