12 eggs
6 1/5 oz onions
5 3/10 oz mushrooms
4 1/10 oz red peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
12 slices turkey bacon
6 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Healthy Breakfast Burritos

sautee onions, mushrooms, red peppers together, sweat out all moisture. Cook turkey bacon and chop into small bits. Scramble all eggs with a little salt and milk. Put all ingredients into egg and pour into pan, bake for 30 minutes. Cut into 6 squares and place in whole wheat tortillas
