Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Breakfast Bars II

1 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Condensed Milk
1 medium banana, mashed
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Healthy Breakfast Bars II

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x8 glass dish using cooking spray.

  2. Heat condensed milk for 60 seconds in microwave (be careful, it can boil over). Add to bowl with mashed banana. Stir in oats and salt, until all ingredients are mixed together well.

  3. Add in dried fruit and seeds.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven. While still warm, use a pizza cutter to make bars. Allow to cool, then store in refrigerator.
