1 tsp Vanilla Extract

0.13 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 serving Ground Nutmeg Spice

Recipe Directions for Healthy Bread Pudding

  1. Tear bread into small pieces in single serving microwavable ramekin.

  2. Mix rest of ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over bread

  3. Cook in microwave for approx. 3 minutes or until firm.
