this is a yummy, simple muffin recipe

Recipe Ingredients for healthy blueberry muffins

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 medium bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint blueberries

Recipe Directions for healthy blueberry muffins

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. in a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

  3. puree the bananas with a hand mixer or blender. After well blended add the eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

  4. Add the banana to the flour mixture. Stir well to combine. Batter will be thick.

  5. Gently blend in pint of blueberries.

  6. Grease muffin tins

  7. bake for 25 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
