Great, Healthy Blueberry muffins without alot of calories. YUMMY!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Blueberry muffins

1 cup Quaker oats, ground fine
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/10 cup buttermilk, low fat
1 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Healthy Blueberry muffins

Ground Oats. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together, then gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Slowly fold in blueberries. Bake muffins at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
