Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Blackberry Cobbler

2 1/2 cup blackberries
1 cup splenda
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for Healthy Blackberry Cobbler

  1. in med bowl, stir together blackberries and sugar. Let stand about 20 min. or until fruit syrup forms. Heat oven to 375.

  2. in large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and milk. Stir in applesauce until blended. Spread in ungreased 8 in sq. pan. spoon blackberry mixture over batter.

  3. bake 45-55 min or until dough rises and is golden.
