Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Berry Cheesecake

1/2 whole wheat english muffin
1/4 cup mixed berries
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp granola
2 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp cream cheese, light

Recipe Directions for Healthy Berry Cheesecake

  1. In a sauce pan, combine frozen berries, granola, cinnamon and flax.

  2. Bring ingredients to a simmer.

  3. While the berries are simmering, toast half of an english muffin.

  4. Put 1tbsp low fat cream cheese on toated english muffin and top with the berry/granola mix.

  5. sprinkle a little cinnamon on top

  6. enjoy!
