Healthier version of Beef Stroganoff

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Beef Stroganoff

16 oz Beef, Brisket, Flat Half
2 cup Vegetable Stock
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
3 oz Wine, Table, Red
0.13 cup Wondra Quick-Mixing Flour
3 oz Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Healthy Beef Stroganoff

Sear seasoned meat in pan till brown. Remove from pan. Add shallots and sauté till soft. Add 1 C. Vegetable stock to deglaze the pan and add back the meat. Place covered pan in oven for 2 hours at 350. Pour in Red table wine and cook another 30 minutes. Remove from oven, taking meat back out of the pan. Over medium heat mix in flour and heat till bubbly. Add rest of vegetable stock and yogurt. Add the meat back in and heat through. Serve over cooked pasta.
