This is very tasty, and great if you are craving beef or need a little extra iron in your diet. I used this with pasta slim as a healthy beef and noodles recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Beef Mix

1 lb. beef sirloin
1 medium onion
14 oz. 98% Fat free Cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Healthy Beef Mix

  1. Spray a pan with cooking spray. Heat to medium high heat.

  2. While the pan is heating, chop the onion into small pieces. Add to pan, and stir occasionally.

  3. While the onions cook cut the beef into bite sized pieces, removing any excess fat you might see. Add beef to onions and cook about 10 minutes, making sure to flip the pieces so both sides are browned.

  4. Add cream of mushroom soup, seasoned salt, and pepper, stirring it so everything is distributed evenly in the pan. Allow the soup to just come to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
