Recipe Ingredients for Healthy BBQ Chicken

2 green peppers, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, chopped
3 onions, chopped
6 red potatoes, chopped
16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 ounce tapioca
15 ounces tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Healthy BBQ Chicken

  1. Divide all ingredients into two freezer bags and put in freezer.

  2. When ready to cook, place bag in crock pot. High for four hours or low for eight hours.

  3. Serve over rice or noodles (not included in calorie count)

  4. **Please note that 1/2 ounce of tapioca is 1 Tablespoon of tapioca.
