Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Bars

4 cups mashed bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried apples
1 cup whole almonds
1/2 cup Lecithin Granules
1/2 cup flax meal
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup dried milk powder
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried fruit (berries)

Recipe Directions for Healthy Bars

Mash the bananas. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes
