Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Walnut Muffins

1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons pastry flour
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1/2 t. baking soda
1/8 t. baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup bananas
6 tablespoons applesauce, unsweet
1/2 t. orange zest
1/2 t. vanilla
1 eggs
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Walnut Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingreds.

  2. Mix wet ingreds.

  3. Fold wet into dry and fold in walnuts.

  4. Bake 350 F 25 minutes.
