Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Sponge Cookies

1 cup Banana (ripe, mashed)
2 cups quick oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup applesauce
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Sponge Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients until moist.

  3. Mixture will be gooey and sticky. That is normal.

  4. Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten to desired thickness and shape, as cookies WILL NOT spread on baking.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

  6. Remove to wire rack to cool.
