A very tasty banana smoothie that works as a meal sublement and provides you with all the healthy nutrients you need. I use it as a meal after my workout. You can skip the protien powder if you're not interested in it but I like the chocolaty taste it adds.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy banana smoothie

4 oz Activia Light Fat-Free Vanilla Yogurt
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.75 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 tbsp Essential Ground Flaxseed, Organic
10 grams Pro Performance Whey Protein Complex Chocolate
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Healthy banana smoothie

  1. Nuke the oat meal with ground flax seed with water in the microwave for 1 minute.

  2. Add everything in a mixer and mix for 1 minute.

  3. Serve cold.
