A yummy smoothie to make as a meal replacement, snack or healthy dessert! Add 1 Hershey Special Dark for a little extra naughtiness!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Smoothie

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat free yogurt (any flavor)
1/2 cup ice
1 medium banana

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Smoothie

  1. Peel and slice banana, place in a plastic baggie and freeze for at least 2 hours (or until frozen solid)

  2. Add skim milk and any flavor fat free yogurt to a blender and mix until thick and foamy. (Very important for creaminess)

  3. Add banana slices and blend until smooth

  4. Add ice and blend until smooth

  5. *Optional - Add 1 Hershey's Special Dark Mini for extra naughtiness. Add 1 tsp of cinnamon to skim milk and yogurt mixture for an extra flavor kick

  6. Yogurt suggestions - Vanilla, Strawberry, Blueberry
