This is the perfect icecream replacement. It's fat free AND sugar-free! Additional ingredients include Greek/Soy yoghurt or sprinkle of mixed chopped nuts.

1 (100g) banana
20 g raspberries

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana and Raspberry Icecream

  1. You'll need a chopping board, a small sharp knife, an ice-cream scoop, a plastic pot with a lid, a hand-held blender, and a freezer.

  2. Peel and chop the banana

  3. Put the banana and raspberries in the plastic pot and freeze

  4. Defrost for about twenty minutes

  5. Blend until smooth, then scoop into a bowl
