Easy, healthy cookies. Dates or Craisins can be substituted for the raisins. The original recipe had 1/3 cup of oil, but I replaced it with unsweetened canned pears instead, could also use applesauce.

Recipe Ingredients for healthy banana pear cookies

3 bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup pears
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for healthy banana pear cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degress. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, raisins, pears, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.
