all healthy ingredients, keeps oil to a minimum

Recipe Ingredients for healthy banana oat muffins

2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 small bananas
1/2 cup Vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2/3 cup oats
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Recipe Directions for healthy banana oat muffins

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. put muffin tin liners in your muffin pan

  3. combine wet ingredients in a large bowl mix well. combine dry ingredients in another bowl and whisk together. add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until just combined.

  4. put 1/3 cup of batter in muffin cup lined pan. bake for 16 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. if you use 1/3 cup portions you prob won't get 12 servings. you can also add vanilla extract, i just omitted it because it gave the recipe a bad grade because it "contains alcohol"
