Healthy banana oat cookies, no sugar or flour

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Oat Cookies

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.33 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Oat Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, cranberries, chocolate, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix well, and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.
