Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Nut Muffins

4 c whole wheat flour
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c splenda
2 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 c ground flaxseed
2 eggs
2 c nonfat milk
5 bananas
2/3 c walnuts

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Nut Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients and walnuts in a large bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Mix in milk and eggs.

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing only until combined. Do not overmix.

  4. Spray muffin tins, and bake at 400 degrees for 17-20 minutes
