Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana nut bread

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup Sauce Apple Unsweetened
3/4 oz Clover Honey
2 medium Egg, Whole
3/4 oz Walnut Halves
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana nut bread

Preheat oven at 350 and spray nonstick spray on two loaf pans. cream honey, applesauce and vanilla. Add in bananas .and walnuts. In a seperate bowl combine dry ingredients and add to wet mixture a third at a time until just combined. DO NOT OVERMIX!!! Bake and check at 45 minutes or so and take out when toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle of loaf.
