Recipe Ingredients for Healthy banana muffins

60 grams Oats
40 grams Wheat Flour
50 grams Raisins, Seedless
216 grams Bananas
20 grams Sugars, Granulated
50 grams Siggi's Icelandic Style Skyr
30 grams Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 large Egg, Whole
1.5 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Healthy banana muffins

  1. Divide the egg and whisk the eggwhite stiif, then cream the yolk with the sugar.

  2. Blitz the oats in a foodprocessor.

  3. Mash up the bananas and add skyr, egg, honey and raisins.

  4. Mix the flour with the oats and the bakingpowder.

  5. Add the flour to the wet ingredients little by little.

  6. Gently fold in the eggwhite.

  7. Transfer the dough to a muffintray and bake at 175 C for apporxemately 18 minutes.
