3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
3 tablespoons brown sugar splenda
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp nutmeg
215 g bananas
1/4 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons plain yogurt, fat-free
1 egg white

  1. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredient separately.

  2. Combine.

  3. Spoon into lined muffin tin.

  4. Bake at 350 C for 20 minutes.
