Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Banana Cookies

3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins (or chopped dates)
1/3 cup applesauce
1 t. vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Healthy Banana Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.

  3. Stir in oats, raisins, applesauce and vanilla.

  4. Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.

  6. Bake until lightly brown. (about 20 minutes)
